Case Assignment

You are a manager at medium sized company, which has offices in several states across the country.  Numerous employee surveys and workplace studies have identified a lack of collaboration as a problem, and cited lack of collaboration or ineffective communication for workplace failures. Although both internal and external collaboration is an issue, you have been tasked to foster better internal collaboration across the enterprise.  In a 5-8 page paper (not counting cover page and reference pages), identify a collaborative leadership model you will use and then address the following:

  1. Changes in the culture of the organization that you would make to improve collaboration across the enterprise.
  2. Technology to improve collaboration across the enterprise.Workspace changes that you would make to improve collaboration and communication.
  1. The likely barriers to collaboration in the organization.
  2. Additional steps that you would take to increase collaboration across the enterprise.


Writing Guidelines:

Must be double-spaced with 1-inch margins and typed in 12-point Times New Roman

Essays must be in APA style format

Your paper must have a thesis statement and conclusion
