Description By taking this course, you may understand better how personnel psychology is evolving. The evolution is in both research and practice. Research in personnel psychology uses data in the formation of new methods and practices. Yet, as you found through your Final Project, there are still gaps in research. Research may answer one question, but it may spark a series of new questions. This generation of questions can be clearly seen through the number of articles that are published in psychology journals, such as Personnel Psychology®, Journal of Applied Psychology®, and Consulting Psychology Journal: Practice and Research®. As a scientist-practitioner, you should maintain a high motivation to read relevant scholarly literature. For this Discussion, reflect on your Final Project and consider possible social change implications if you were to conduct this research. With these thoughts in mind: Post by Day 5 a description of the gaps in literature that you identified in your Final Project and your research question. Then, explain any potential social change implications you might encounter if you were to conduct this research. Your post should be three paragraphs.
