Objectives of the Study
1. To study about Customer purchase behavior on Facebook by using 6Ws 1H Consumer behavior theory.
2. Why customer prefer to purchase on Facebook instead of others platform via Marketing Mix Factors (4Ps).
3. What is the pros of Shopping online on Facebook.
4. What is the cons of Shopping online on Facebook.
Researcher will use questionnaires as a tool to collect the data from people use Facebook randomly then will use SPSS program to analyze data. As this research is a survey research method and quantitative research, the summarized will be presented by table, chat and lecture.
