2.2. Assignment in Progress: If a writer has been assigned to your order and work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the progress of the writer.

2.3. Quality and Deadline Issues: If the final product does not meet the initial instructions or is not delivered by the agreed-upon deadline, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

2.4. Double Payment: If you accidentally make a double payment for a single order, the extra payment amount will be refunded.

2.5. Plagiarism: If you receive a paper that is found to be plagiarized and it is confirmed by our Quality Assurance Team, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Request for Refund: To initiate a refund request, you must contact our Customer Support Team within 72 hours of receiving the final product.

3.2. Refund Evaluation: Your refund request will be reviewed and assessed. The evaluation may include communication with the writer and a quality check.

3.3. Refund Amount: The amount of the refund, if approved, will be determined based on the specific circumstances and the degree of non-compliance with your initial instructions or the delay in delivery.

4. Refund Rejection

4.1. Refund Requests Outside Policy: Refund requests that do not adhere to the terms outlined in this policy will be rejected.

4.2. Quality-Based Disputes: If you dispute the quality of a paper, but it is found to be in accordance with the original instructions, your refund request may be denied.

4.3. Failure to Download: If a completed order is available for download in your account but you fail to do so within the specified timeframe, a refund request for this reason will not be considered.

5.1. Refund Processing: Writing Estate will make every effort to process refund requests within 5-7 business days.

5.2. Bank Processing Time: Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your bank or payment provider’s account.
